A research was conducted to determine the feasibility of using adsorption process remove boron from aqueous solutions batch technique. Three adsorbent materials; magnesium, aluminum and iron oxide were investigated find their abilities for removal. The effects operational parameters on removal efficiency each material determined.The experimental results revealed that maximum achieved at pH 9.5 magnesium 8 oxide. percentage adsorbed onto magnesium,aluminum reaches up 90, 42.5 41.5% respectively under appropriate conditions. Boron concentration in effluent water after via comply with allowable according WHO Iraqi drinking guidelines, i.e. below 0.5 mg/l. Aluminum yield more than limits.
